Perkey LLC (“Perkey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform that connects creators with local businesses to access perks, share content, and measure performance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Perkey mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”).
By using Perkey, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

We collect information to operate the Services, recommend perks, deliver analytics to businesses, and maintain a safe platform.
A. Information You Provide
Account Details: Name, email, password, username, profile photo, phone (optional).
Creator Profile Data: Social media handles, connected account permissions, follower counts, and engagement metrics (as authorized).
Content & Submissions: Posts, stories, screenshots, analytics, feedback, and UGC submitted through the app.
Business Data: Business name, contact details, perk information, billing and subscription details.
Communications: Support requests, messages, inquiries, and in-app interactions.
B. Information We Automatically Collect
Usage Data: App interactions, device identifiers, IP address, session logs, and errors.
Analytics Data: Redemption behavior, engagement metrics, QR scans, UTM data, attribution, and performance insights.
Location Data: Approximate city-level location when permitted.
C. Information from Third Parties
When you connect your Instagram, TikTok, or other accounts, we may receive API-permitted data such as:
Public profile information
Media you allow access to
Post-level insights (likes, comments, impressions, reach)
Account-level audience insights (age ranges, general locations)
Connected account identifiers
We do not request or store sensitive data such as race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or health-related attributes.
We also receive limited information from:

Detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations

Automated Decision-Making
Some features use automated tools (such as ranking, scoring, and recommendation algorithms).

A. With Businesses Offering Perks
For creators who claim or interact with a perk, we may share:
Creator profile (name, handle, follower count)
Content submitted for the perk
Analytics for posts tied to the perk
Redemption activity
Creator feedback (positive or negative)
We share only data directly relevant to the perk the creator has claimed.
Businesses do not receive private messages, unrelated personal data, or full account analytics not tied to a perk.
B. With Creators
Businesses may share:
Perk requirements
Redemption confirmations
Reasons for approval or denial
Campaign insights related to completed perks
C. With Service Providers
We share limited data with trusted partners that support:
Hosting and storage
Customer support
Payment processing
Data analytics
Fraud prevention
These providers may only use the information to perform services on our behalf.

5. API Permissions & Platform Compliance
We comply with Instagram, TikTok, and all other platform API policies.
We only access data explicitly permitted through each API’s permission scope.
We do not store or retain insights beyond what the platform allows.
We do not sell platform-derived data.
Creators may revoke access at any time through their connected platform account.
6. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to:
Provide the Services
Comply with legal requirements
Resolve disputes
Enforce agreements
Social platform–connected data is retained only while the API connection is active or as necessary to complete a claimed perk.
If you disconnect your Instagram or TikTok account, we stop receiving future insights.
When your Perkey account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data unless legal obligations require retention.
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
Encryption in transit
Role-based access controls
Secure API integrations
Monitoring and auditing
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users as required by law.
8. Children’s Privacy
Perkey is not intended for individuals under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we learn that a user under 18 is using the Services, we will delete the account promptly.
